Born and raised on a traditional Ukrainian Farm in Rosa, Manitoba.

Bunny started singing while attending Teacher's College in Winnipeg where she met Mickey and got married.

The Duet, Mickey and Bunny started entertaining in Night Clubs in Winnipeg which led to their undisputed hit recording “This Land is Your Land” which sold well over 70,000 copies.  This hit version of “This Land is Your Land” received official recognition with inclusion in the National Archives in Ottawa.  This song became a instant hit.

That led them to tour across Canada and the United States.  Places such as Massey Hall in Toronto and The Ford Auditorium in Detroit, Michigan. 

From Las Vegas and from coast to coast they became the most outstanding duet in the history of Ukrainian music.  They set a precedence and blazed the trail for others to follow.  After 13 recordings with Mickey, Bunny still continues singing as a duet with Linda Shydlowsky known as the Met-Telic-Kih. 

An outstanding performer, an Icon and a true legend of Ukrainian music.
